Welcome to our home. The Huerta Montero Residence is situated in a peaceful, semi rural area amongst the pine trees of Rana Verde, between the beaches of Barrosa and Chiclana town on a plot 1200 square meters. The residence is close to all local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, tennis and riding. There is also a medical centre in Chiclana Town, where English is spoken.. There are two different ground floor apartments plus a mobile home and all the accommodation is set within a private lawned garden with it's own 9m x 4m rustic style swimming pool. Two or more families wishing to holiday here have the possibility to be together in the same location but retain some privacy. We can offer you various options from self catering to bed and breakfast, long or short stays, the choice is endless. Some of the apartements can accommodate persons with disabilities. For those extra large groups of up to 20 +, we also have further quality accommodation nearby. All our apartments are fresh, clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay The mature gardens have fruit trees, beautiful bougainvilleas, palms, and of course pine trees, which offer shade and help keep cool in the hot summer months. The outside kitchen area and BBQ is available for all the guests to use and you can pick your very own fresh herbs too. It has been tastefully reformed into an independent spacious apartment with high vaulted ceilings, which give it a rustic feel. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and wasing machine, dining area and a separate lounge with a logburner fireplace and comfortable seating for up to 6. We have English and Spanish tv, Off the corridor are two bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a family size bathroom and a utility room. Most rooms have hot and cold air-conditioning units, and mosquito nets at the window. Outside there is a dining area surrounded by climbing plants and trees where you can dine al fresco. or just relax and soak up the sun, plus a rustic style 9m x 4m swimming pool, where you can take a dip to cool off.
