LANZAROTE, SPACIOUS STUDIO ON THE POOL TERRACE. This is a privately owned studio, recently updated to a very high standard, with everything you require for a super holiday. It is designed with open plan lounge, dining kitchenette fully equipped, fridge, hob, oven/grill, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, ceiling fan and table fan, iron & ironing board, hair drier, Radio and CD player, Flat screen TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs and books for you to enjoy). The bedroom area is seperated by a partition and blinds for privacy and has a kingsize bed. Large kingsize sofa bed. Ratan screen to seperate sofa bed for even more privacy. The shower room has walk in shower with glass screen and hand grip, toilet and wash basin, shaver point and is adjacent to the bedroom. The terrace has a sun canopy, perfect for that cooling drink in the shade. There is patio furniture for 4 people on the terrace close to the pool and pool side showers but far ebough away to maintain your privacy.
There are fabulous views of the harbour and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, from the sun deck. Ferry trips to the Islands run daily.

Local Area Details

QUIET OLD TOWN AREA ALL AMENITIES VERY CLOSE BY, including bars, restaurants, supermarket, English butcher, hairdresser, diving school. Frequent taxis and buses nearby. Short walk to quaint fishing harbour and fish restaurants. There is a very pleasant and scenic Cliff Top walk to the very pretty Marina of Puerto Calero. You can take a submarine trip to see the wrecks and under water life. A truly spectacular trip. The Town centre of Puerto del Carmen is approximately 10 minutes walk with the beautiful golden sandy beach and many more bars and restaurants to choose from. A fantastic shopping center called the Bisofera Plaza is a short walk away, with fashion shops like Zara and many more. Also bars cafes and restaurants, most with sea views.
NEW GOLF COURSE CLOSE BY.
ALSO A NEW MARINA IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING BUILT, WHICH WHEN COMPLETED WILL EXTEND THE HARBOUR BY ANOTHER 250 BERTHS. A YACHTMANS PARADISE.
