The Pond Cottage is set on the banks of the platypus pond, the Cottage is fully appointed and includes a heated spa pool on the verandah. We are two hours from Cairns and Undara Lava Tubes. Elevation at 950 metres above sea level makes for wonderful cool nights without the humidity of the coastal areas. A generous breakfast hamper is included in the reasonable tariff and guest are greeted with a refreshing cold drink on arrival. A wide variety of birds can be spotted on the property. Other wildlife includes black faced swamp wallaby, coppery brush tail possums and bandicoots.
