This 2 bedroom bungalow is one of two properties near the end of a major refurbishment, and will be of a good comfortable standard when finished. Both properties will be ready for occupation early February 2008. (More info and photo will be posted when rebuild complete) This Bungalow is sited in the middle of a small sleepy Thai village, Lampung, in the province of mae Taeng approx 36km North of Chiangmai, (transfer from airport, train station or bus station to Lampung is free) This bungalow is of Teak construction, and in my opinion, a fantastic opportunity to experience the true Thailand
Local Area DetailsLampung is ideally located for nearly every activity you can imagine, Hill trekking, Mountain biking, Elephant camps, Golf, Hill tribe visits, White water rafting and the city, Chiangmai, with all it has to offer is only a 35 minutes drive away, But the best thing is at the end of the day you can come home to a tourist free zone.
Note: When booking with us we want your visit to be memorable, for the right reasons, we would like to do more than hand you the keys to the property when you arrive, would you like a Scooter, 4x4 or car for your stay? Mountain bike hire? Play a few round of golf? Maybe someone to show you around for a few days? How about a guided trip to the Golden Triangle? A ride on the Mekong in a fan tail boat to Laos? A day trip to Myanmar for a shopping bargain? Just let us know what you want and we will get right on to it.

Booking deposit
To guarantee booking, a deposit of 25% (Pounds sterling to UK bank account) of total cost of property rent, and any extras booked, IE: Scooter hire ECT. This deposit is refundable in full up to and including 28 days from rental start date, no refund will be offered with 27 or less days to rental start date.
Remaining balance in full, (Property rent and any extras booked) to be settled on handing over keys to property (Balance in local currency at Bank of Bangkok exchange rate)
