The Villa Accommodates 10 People plus Two Babies very comfortably. The Villa sits on 38 Acres of Pierage,Beaches and Informal Gardens. Within the grounds of the Villa there is a Tennis Court, Football Field and Pirateship Play area. The Villa has 3 floors. On the ground Floor there is a spacious Drawing Room and Dinning Room that seats 10 people. There is a Dinning Kitchen with Dishwasher, Double Oven and everything you should need. The seperate Laundry has Washing Machine and Dryer along with Iron and Ironing Board. On the 1st floor there is Games Room with Billiard Table, Darts, Sky TV, Space Invaders and various games with seating area. There is also a large Bedroom with Four Poster Bed and separate bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are four bedrooms, two are twin bedded and two are double bedded. We supply, Cots, High Chairs and Stair-gate. There is lots of local literature on things to do in the area.
