Our 3rd floor two bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The fully fitted kitchen is furnished with a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also benefits from a second small balcony, which catches the last of the evening sun. The fully air-conditioned living room has seating for six and is furnished with a dining table and chairs. For your enjoyment there is colour TV, sky, DVD player and CD player. There is a balcony off the living room, which is furnished with table and chairs. It is the ideal spot for alfresco meals, or a cold glass of local wine. The double and twin bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units. Additional sleeping for 2 children can be provided on z beds, allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep six. The apartment complex has secure entry intercom communication system to each apartment, lift access, and a private covered parking space. The lovely communal swimming pool is for the sole private use of the apartment complex and is furnished with sun beds and parasols, with added benefits of a poolside toilet and shower facility.

Local Area Details

The apartment is in an excellent location only a five-minute walk to Tomb of The Kings Road, which has a great selection of bars and restaurants. Just off this road is our local beach, which has water sports and sun loungers at a small charge and a lovely beach bar. A 10 to 15 minute walk along this road will take you the Tomb of The Kings site, which is a spectacular local tourist attraction. 15 to 20 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride will take you to the harbour area where you will find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants, there is even a McDonalds for the kids. Here you will also find the fort and the world heritage site mosaics, which are definitely well worth a visit.
