Summer self-catered accommodation for 10-12 people is provided at Chalet Pierre in Les Gets, Portes du Soleil, France. It's a traditional style mountain chalet situated in one of the most popular areas of Les Gets en-route to the Chavannes ski area.

In the winter ski season, catered accomodation is provided.

The chalet has elevated views across to Mont Chéry, is 15 minutes walk to Les Gets and is also served by a nearby shuttle bus service to the town and to the ski areas. In the summer there's a nearby golf course, and Vermont Sport gives a discount on hire equipment for our clients. In the winter the ski lift Les Folliets is nearby, and we offer shuttle transport to/from the Chavannes and Les Gets ski lifts for your convenience.

Chalet Pierre offers comfortable accommodation in a double bedroom en-suite and balcony, one family room (& balcony) with three single beds and a folding bed, a double room with single beds, a double bedroom with balcony, and a double en-suite bedroom on the lower floor. Three bedrooms share two bath/shower rooms. Robes, hairdryers and towels are provided for all catered guests. For summer self-catered, all bed linen and towels are provided, and hair dryers are available.

The living area has an open, comfortable lounge with seating for everyone to enjoy the open fire on winter evenings. It offers views over the valley across to Mont Chéry. TV and video/DVD are provided with a wide selection of movies for all ages. For catered guests, afternoon tea is served while you relax and reflect on the day's events.

The dining area for breakfasts and evening dinner has a large, impressive picture window giving access to a terrace with table and seating to take advantage of a sunny afternoon, or just to unwind.

For those needing to keep in touch there's a Wi-Fi link (winter season only).

Chamonix in the towering Mont Blanc range (at 4810m Europe's highest summit) is less than an hours drive and Italy 30 minutes further.

Les Gets and Morzine offer the perfect range of activity holidays to suit most demands. For those who enjoy summer pursuits on two wheels there are kilometres of crosscountry trails and downhill tracks. Across the Portes du Soleil there are 22 lifts open throughout the summer.
