In a very old family house,this apartment is the first one rebuild from the old building.The big house, used to be an hotel in the beginning of the century,with wonderfull gardens that have been carefully recovered.
The apartment itself,has been so carefully recovered, with confort and very good taste.With total privacy,you can use the common gardens,but they are so big that no one will disturb you.For now, this is the only apartment ready to be occupied, so you would have all the surroundings places only for you.It´s entrance,is at the first floor,directly to the gardens.In spite of beeing in the city of Funchal,where you can walk to,it´s absolutely silent with a fantastic sea view.Be welcome!!
Local Area DetailsLocated only 1kmt from the main city, you can walk or take a bus which is right in front of the house.The Botanical Gardens, very attractive in Madeira, have the same bus just by the property.Also the cable car is very close to it,and all kind of amenities can be found a few minutes from the house.The long roads that can take you around the Island, are next to our door, so you won´t have to go to the center.The famous Levada Walking,natural courses of water, are one of the most attraction in the Island,or, if you prefer to play golf,there is a golf course just 5kmt away from the house.I can tell you a lot of things about this wonderfull place, but the best is you to come and see for yourself.It will be an hounour and pleasure having you here.Be welcome!!!
