A wooden dining table with chairs and padded cushions for your comfort. A fully equipped kitchen area including microwave and coffee maker. Full complement of kitchen utensils, china and cutlery. Hand and drying-up towels. There is one large bedroom with super king-size cane framed bed which has cotton sheets and pillowcases, hypo-allergenic pillows and duvet or blankets - woollen or acrylic, to your choice - cotton bedcover. Bedside tables and lamps, rugs, fitted wardrobe with shelving, dressing table and bench seat. A spacious shower room with glazed 80cm shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with mirror over. Towel rails, hooks, shaver/electric toothbrush socket, and shelving. Outside - secluded and private terrace with table and for al fresco meals (smoking is permitted here as it is your personal area). Fully walled and gated pool area with broad, shallow Roman Steps leading into the swimming pool - swimming area of 5 metres x 10 metres, maximum depth 2 metres - with plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.
