Property Details of Tenerife Apartment
Renovated in 2003, the vast majority of the 98 apartments on this complex are privately owned. The complex has the following facilities : 3 swimming pools, including a children\'s pool, Poolside bar serving a good selection of breakfasts, snacks, meals and drinks. Occasionally there are quiz nights and other events in the evenings, overnight security, Self Service laundry, Rooftop solarium, Pool Tables, and Internet access in the bar area.
Yucca Park is located one block back from the sea right on Fanabe beach.
The apartment has a good sized open plan Kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen contains, a full oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster fridge with top box freezer, there are plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area contains a double sofa bed, a TV receiving UK (BBC1 & 2, ITV1, Ch.4 & 5), local and some satelite channels, a DVD player and a hi-fi system there is also a selection of both CDs and DVDs. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the terrace area. We have now added a leather reclining sofa added for your extra comfort.

The bedroom has a large double bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Hangers and a hairdryer are also provided as is a safe(which is free to use). Both the bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans.
The bathroom was renewed in 2008.

| For 2010 the apartment weekly rate is £260, with the Christmas & New Years weeks being £425. In 2011 the weekly rate will increase to £280 (GBP). Prices quoted are based on 2 people with 3rd or 4th persons costing 25 GBP per person per week A 75 GBP deposit is required at the time of making the booking.
We work with other owners in the complex, and can now provide multiple apartments if required. |
