New and modern apartment with private balcony as well as shared roof terrace with fantastic sea views. Furnished in July 2006 and has everything needed for cooking and eating in. The L-shaped living room is large and has a double sofa bed, dining area and French doors leading to the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chester drawers and bedside table. Bathroom and kitchen are both modern.
The low-rise block is close to Santa Maria town centre and has just just 6 apartments who all share the huge roof terrace just one flight of stairs from the apartment itself.
