It is situated within Limefitt Park, a 5 star park, in one of Lakeland’s most beautiful, yet peaceful valleys, the Troutbeck Valley. Yet the Lodge is only a 5 minute drive from the bustle of both Windermere and Ambleside.
The Lodge benefits from its position as it fronts the Troutbeck river and is secluded with views across the river to the fells and Troutbeck village.
This is perfect accommodation for families or couples alike and well behaved pets are welcome!

Local Area DetailsThere are hundreds of places to visit in the Lake District meaning there is something for everyone. Many visitors come for the outdoor attractions of the famous Lakeland hills and lakes. Riverside Lodge is a perfect base for walking with several lovely walks starting literally from the front door.
When you fancy something different the popular towns of Windermere and Ambleside are only a short drive away. Both towns boast high quality tourist attractions as well as many characterful shops, inns and restaurants.
Riverside Lodge is within Limefitt Park with its fantastic facilities. Here you can enjoy a Lakeland pub with beer garden and pub meals, well stocked shop, games room, takeaway, launderette, drying room, adventure playground for all ages, river pool, internet access and pony trekking.
