Opening out from the kitchen is a conservatory with a dining table and views across to a waterfall on the opposite side of the road. A door leads out to a back yard and coal store and gives access to the garden.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and clock/radio, which share a small bathroom.
Externally there is a small shaded south facing garden with narrow stone steps leading up to a small upper terrace. To the front of the house , there are parking spaces for 2 cars.
