The well-equipped kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, has a small breakfast table and leads to the rear lobby, with washing machine and tumble dryer, door to garden. On the first floor, there is a landing off which are one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. The bathroom has a large bath with hand shower, WC/WB and cupboard. The cottage is centrally heated throughout. Private mature garden with park and woodland views. Terrace and sitting out furniture. Own private gravel drive and parking. Pets are not allowed. No children under 10. Infants under 6 months permitted. No smoking.
