The real fire and underfloor central heating system, means you will not feel the cold if visiting when the weather isn't quite perfect.

The townhouse has a traditionally Irish "scullery".... utility room, which has it's own outside entrance and where you can change out of wet/sea gear without needing to walk through the kitchen or lounge. There is also a WC and kitchen sink drainer...... perhaps for cleaning those mackerel you caught earlier! Upstairs the master bedroom has a magnificient shower ensuite, as well as views over the bay. The second double bedroom and twin bedroom both share the main bathroom with jacuzzi bath, power shower, WC basin etc.
