You are also still only a 25 minutes drive from the beaches and shopping complexes on the coast.

Located in a quiet area, Villa Conchi, has a large roof terrace and splash pool. It is a short walk from the two local swimming pools, restaurants and shops. The property has been sympathetically restored over the last few years to give you a modern but characterful holiday home. From the large (45 square metre) sun terrace, your views over the village, mountains, church tower and Mediterranean sea are superb. Situated to benefit from the rising sun in the morning right through to the setting sun in the evening many guests have said the roof terrace is the "jewel in the crown." A great place for alfresco dining day and night.

You do not need a car for this property as you can travel from the airport to the village by taxi. All facilities are provided locally. There are 5 or 6 different supermarkets of varying sizes, about 30 to 40 bars and restaurants, an internet cafe, 3 banks, numerous estate agents, gift and clothing shops, hairdressers, DIY stores... indeed all that modern life entails.

Villa Conchi has a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, situated on the floor below the roof terrace with airy 4 metre+ ceilings. You will find this extremely convenient for food preparation and alfresco eating on the roof.


The roof terrace has a gas BBQ, kitchen sink, dining tables and chairs which make eating on the roof during the day and night a great experience. As it can get really hot, we have provided a large cane pergola, and hexagonal awning to provide you with the necessary shade. Other terrace furniture consists of a large wooden swing seat, four sun loungers, and splash pool to complete your relaxation experience.


For real swimming experiences we have two options. Firstly the long established Hotel Balcon has a beautiful double pool/bar area five minutes stroll away. Entrance to this is by a 5 Euro day pass (approx), which gives you multiple entry, towel and sun lounger. Secondly the village townhall has constructed an all year round heated international sized swimming pool. With a retractable roof and phenomenal views from the surrounding terraces this is another great local facility. It really comes into it's own during the shoulder seasons when its cooler and the Balcon pool is closed. Lots of other English speaking children visit these pools, and holiday friends are easily made.

Villa Conchi provides you with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and cupboards.

Triple bedroom with double bed and single bed. This room has fitted wardrobes and cupboards.

There is a large kitchen and dining area with dishwasher , gas oven and hob, mircowave etc.



There are two sitting rooms. One has DVD / video player, and the other is for chatting and relaxing. There is lots of room for large families and groups.
