Cave Dragonnette is a bijoux studio apartment in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin on the French Riviera, one of the most famous resort areas in the world. It is located in a privately guarded residence (La Dragonnière) with swimming pool and tennis court on the property.

A seaside pathway leads you onto the best beach in the heart of the French Riviera, le Cabbé. Cave Dragonnette is the perfect hideaway (ideal for 2 persons) wanting to enjoy the summer in the Côte d'Azur!

CAVE DRAGONNETTE - THE FLAT

Cave Dragonnette literally means "the cave of the baby dragon". It is a wonderfully peaceful 50sqm bijoux studio flat located in the private, secured retro-club residence named La Dragonnière (meaning "the dragon's nest").

Overlooking the gardens, the flat is a haven of calm: the only sounds you may hear are originating from the doves which are occasionally singing from their hideout in the thick of large roman pine garden surrounding the property, and which is lit at night. Adding to the restorative calm of the place is its proximity to the sea. A little discrete door in the fence leads you down to a meditative and exclusive pathway along the seashore. By walking ten minutes, enjoying the crystal clear Meditteranean water breaking below on the cliffs, you end up at one of the most attractive an exclusive beaches on this side of the Cote d'Azur: le Cabbé.

Should you prefer to stay closer to home, try the inviting swimming pool, book at tennis lesson or simply enjoy sunbathing or lunching at your private balcony. The balcony is sunny all day with a view of the swimming pool and gardens.

The apartment itself is recently revamped, and delicately decorated. It has one double bed and a sofa-bed. There is a small American kitchenette with cutlery, essensial kitchen equipment, as well as a new electric cooker and refridgerator. The bathroom has a bathtub and there is a separate guest lavatory. Linen and towels are provided for. There are two smaller tables seating four should you want to lunch or dine al fresco, and a smaller kitchen table seating four inside if it is too chilly for breakfasting outside. Remember to get your daily bread rolls, croissants and pastries from the excellent local bakery in Roquebrune. There is a quality Spar 50 metres from the residence where you can stock up on wine, cheese, cold cuts or whatever your discerning taste might crave.


Cave Dragonnette is best suited for a couple wanting to enjoy the Meditteranean pleasures of a Côte d'Azur holiday - but small children are more than welcome and can be accomodated on the sofa-bed. Côte d'Azur is a wonderfully colorful place for children with so many fantastic sights and stimulating outdoors activities to be enjoyed.

There is parking on the premises.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
On receiving the reservation confirmation with payment details (electronic bank transfer), the customer enters into a binding agreement. The contract is fully binding after I have received the payment in my account. The local receptionist serves as your contact point should you need non-tourism related practical information during your stay. He will hand you the keys upon your arrival. A cash deposit of € 200 must be deposited with the local manager in reception. The cash deposit will be reimbused upon your departure - when you hand in the keys to the local manager - presuming there are no damages to the flat or its contents. A list of inventory can be found when you enter the flat and it will be checked upon your departure.

Arrival and departure times
NB! NB! The apartment is available for check-in on day of arrival from 12 am onwards. On the day of departure, the apartment has to be vacated before 10 am. The apartment must be handed over in a clean and orderly state. NB!


Smoking
Shouldn't you quit anyway? There is strictly no smoking inside the property. There is a special fire-safe cigarette ashtray by the main entrance door by reception, as well as at the exit door to the pool from "Bâtiment Le Cap" which you may use responsibly in times of crisis.

Cleaning
Excluded from the prices shown above is end cleaning of the apartment, which cost € 70 euros. Should you want one or more mid-term cleanings during your holiday, you may indicate this when you reserve your stay. One mid-term cleaning is € 50, two € 80 and three € 120.

Internet Connection
Should you not be able to totally disconnect from the world for a few days of peace and quiet but wish to have internet connection a mobile internet USB device from Orange France is available for rent during your stay (deposit € 50 euros).

Besides the areas beautiful beaches and acitivities to suit all tastes the possibilities for excursions to enjoy surrounding sights are endless RoquebruneCapMartin is situated only 10 minutes from the town of Menton 10 minutes from the principality of Monaco and 30 minutes from the Italian market town of San Remo.

MONACO

The principality of Monaco is the second smallest independent state in the world. Monaco is a narrow coastal strip and its physical geography includes a long beach and steep cliffs Monaco boosts a wide range of sights and events and offers the best nighlife on the riviera.

For those with lots of energy one of the hotspots in Monaco is Jimmys +377 9216 2000 which doesnt get started until after midnight. The late late nightspots are the Rascasse +377 9325 5690 and the Living Room +377 9350 8031.

CULTURAL HIGHLIGHTS include the Philharmonic orchestra the opera and the ballet. Monte Carlo the principal residential and resort area is home to the famous Monte Carlo Casino and the prestigious Formula One Monaco Grand Prix. In Monaco you are also spoiled with exceptional choices in spa health and wellness services. My favorite restaurant is Le Louis XV +377 9216 3001 which has been ranked among the ten best restaurants in the world by Restaurant Magazine.

SAN REMO.
The beautiful Italian town of San Remo is characterised by luxuriant gardens colourful flowerbeds and tropical plants. It is not without reason that San Remo is called the Town of Flowers. San Remo is also a town of art culture sports and shopping. All year round San Remo offers its famous outdoor markets on Saturdays and Tuesdays where you can buy not only food and delicacies but all sorts of items ranging from purses cashmere shoes scarves bags accessoirs and more.

MENTON. Menton is one of the most picturesque of the coastal resort towns on the French Riviera.
