Property Details
This rustic cave house is spacious and has loads of natural light. It is restful and is full of charm. In the middle of a small traditional village where life does stand still it is the ideal holiday accomodation for those of you who want to get away from it all and recharge your batteries. It is nesteld beneath the castle ruins on a single track road. The fully equipped kitchen and modernised bathroom are the house part, the rest of the accomodation is in the cave. Each bedroom is completely seperate. There are 2 sitting rooms, the main one have a window and half glazed front door which leads to the private gated courtyard. The smaller sitting rooom has a wood burner for the chilly winter nights. There is a seperate dining room. Outside there is garden furniture and a barbecue also parking for 1 car. The cave is only 2 mins walk from nearest shop and there is a cafe bar where you can get meals any day except Monday.
Local Area Details10 Minutes from Bacor is the beautiful 13 Kms Lake Negratin Here you can swim fish hire a pedaloe or just sit and take in the scenery There are restaurants all the way round the lake The thermal baths at Zujar are only approximately 15 mins by carThese are well worth a visit and open all year round The market town of Baza is 20 mins away Guadix with its ancient buildings 25 mins and Granada with theAlhambra Palace and science musuem 1 hour The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is just over 1 hour and the coast of Almeria approximately 1 and half hours away There is much to see and do A week is not enough There are many walks from the doorstep for those who like a ramble and it is a bird watchers paradise
