Large hall with dining table and French doors leading to a completely private sun trap terrace. Small well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. NB: Ground floor bathroom with shower. Steepish stairs with handrail to very large twin bedroom. Hair dryer. Electric night storage heating. There is a washing machine and dryer in Boynton Hall for use by Dairy Cottage residents. As well as the courtyard terrace there is a sloping lawn area and access to a large walled garden. N.B. The steps to the sitting room area make the cottage unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. There are also steps with handrail up to the entrance.
