Sabina, the home of the D.O.P. (Denomination of Protected Origin) olive oil is a land of delightful medieval townships, old castles, interesting rock sanctuaries and mystical San Franciscan localities. An enchanted land situated between oak wood forests, gentle hills of olive groves and rolling wheat fields. In the middle of this natural paradise is a yellow house with a green lawn and a huge oak tree that is in and of itself a testimony to two hundred years of history. It offers two double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds.
The warm and family style hospitality at “La Chiarella” will make you appreciate even more the “Sabina” and its natural surroundings.
A welcome snack will be served.We have scented our bed linen with our own lavender and if necessary we speak English, French and a little Sabino (local Italian dialect). The lady of the house personally prepares breakfast: freshly picked fruit, special milkshakes, yogurt with whole grain cereals, fresh bread, home-made marmalade, cakes, and local cheese. All of this and more is served in the winter in front of a blazing fire and in the summer on the porch in front of a romantic panorama accompanied by the singing of birds. We ask you kindly, but firmly, to not to smoke in the house.
