Set in the hills of the picturesque Le Marche region of Italy, Monte Bove Farm is divided into three comfortable self-catering holiday apartments. The Family apartment is available to let throughout the year and provide the ideal base location for exploring the region.There is a swimming pool for summer use and central heating and wood burning stove for winter months.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms and one twin, large bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine microwave large oven/cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, steam iron, large 8 seater table and chairs and stereo capable of USB stick connection, CDs Cassette, tuner and alarm. Full utensils and china, pans and scales. The kitchen leads out to a balcony having table and chairs where you can eat or drink.
The lounge has 2 sofa beds an easy chair, TV, Video (UK tuned), DVD player and terrestrial digital tuner. There are a selection of DVDs and videos kept there for your use. Also a small library of books in English. Also for winter nights a wood burning stove. Total area of 90sq meters

Local Area DetailsThe farm is a working organic farm of 10 hectares run by Jo and Hugh Crowther and their four daughters The land consists of a vineyard an olive grove and orchards of plums nectarines apples and soft fruits The remainder is set to grain and pasture with a hectare of woodland The whole area is in a wildlife reserve so there are many animals to see and walks to enjoy Picnic areas have been set around the farm and cycles are available for guests use The villages of Santa Maria Goretti and Trivio are within easy walking distance each having a selection of shops and bars
