Our property is located in the South Aveyron just above the point where the Aveyron, Tarn and Tarn and Garonne districts meet. It is a day's drive from the Channel Ports and about one hour drive from Toulouse International Airport. It has has southerly aspect and stands in 2 hectares of partly wooded grounds with fine panoramic views of the adjacent valley of the river Serene. Areas around have been planted with a variety of shrubs and trees like peach, nectarine, cherry, prune, kiwi, fig and walnuts.
The covered pool can be used the whole year. The pool measures 8.0m x 4.0m. The depth of the pool is 1.50m at the deep end reducing to 0.9m at the shallow end. The pool's purification system is based on biguanide rather than chlorine so the water is very pleasant to swim in and has none of the unpleasantness associated with chemical based treatment systems.

Table tennis facilities, dart and a boulodrome are provided. The summer house in the garden/orchard allow the climate to be enjoyed in private. A barbegue is there at your disposal. Or alternatively you can make use of the two mountain bikes that are supplied.

We offer the main floor of the house, it is fully equipped with all facilities to accommodate up to two adult people. You will have your private entrance. There are one bedroom with beds provided with continental quilt, a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen/livingroom and a more then 45 m2 terrace/conservatory with outstanding panoramic view of the Serene-valley. A satellite TV and a fine collection of books are at your disposal.

Le Loriot. On the main floor you will find the livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom with twinbed and the bathroom. From the livingroom is the terrace accessible.

The terrace is about 45 m2 and has superb view. You will enjoy the sunfalls
The pool, is covered, allowing us to swim almost the whole year.

A table tennistable, dartboard, bikes and the boulodrome are at your disposal. In the orchard the summerhouse is at your disposal.
