Property Details of Costa Blanca House
This brand new home has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed and it has it's own private solarium. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and has twin beds. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a single bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in wardrobes along with a few coat hangers. The main bathroom is on the first floor having a bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet and handbasin. There is a further set of steps that will take you to the main solarium where you can sunbathe. On the ground floor you will find a shower room with a large walk in shower, toilet and handbasin. The living/dining area has a sofa bed with a pull out bed underneath. There is a dining table which has 8 chairs, For your entertainment there is TV/SKY/DVD/MP3 player along with a small choice of DVD's, games and a small selection of books. The kitchen has all the usual electrical equipment as well as crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc. There is air-con/heater in the living/dining area as well as a ceiling fan and a portable oil-filled heater. There are two gated communal swimming pools surrounded by grass making it alovely area for both children and adults alike to relax and enjoy.
Local Area DetailsWithin 5 minutes walking distance there is a small selection of bars and restaurants including Indian, Chinese and steak house. Just a little further and there are some supermarkets. Slightly further walk there are more restaurants such as the Wok Buffet where you can eat as much as you like for 8.95€. The nearest beach is 20mins walk away but only a few minutes in the car There are plenty of Blue flag beaches in the area Torrevieja has a gorgeous beachfront where you will find a multitude of cafes restaurants and bars where you can sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying a cold glass of beer or wine or just a cup of coffee There are ice cream parlours with a great choice of flavours you will be there for ages trying to decide Theres Gokarting water parks theme parks Safari parks Lovely Palm gardens Historical interest and museums as well as Street markets. Of course we must not forget the golfers too you will have plenty of golf course to choose from. There is an information pack in the house for you to enjoy reading and get some ideas what to do on your holiday.

UNBELIEVABLE For the month of June and September there is the offer of £150 per week. There is a charge of 50 euros for the cleaning of the property after your departure which you give to the keyholder on arrival |
