Enter the property on the main floor with the hall, separate wc and pantry off, there is a spacious open plan living area with fantastic sea and forest views, kitchen and dining areas and an entertainment area with a 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, IPOD connection, DVD and CD player plus sound system with surround sound. Internet is also provided.

The dining area has a large teak dining table for 8 while the fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven/hob, American sized fridge/freezer, and microwave.

Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom with Balinese open plan shower and double bath has a king size bedroom suite overlooking the bay and forest through floor to ceiling opening doors.

The second bedroom has a king size bed has similar views and is ensuite. It has similar views as the master bedroom.

The third bedroom is ensuite and has twin beds. This room has jungle views.

The roof area has a pool with Jacuzzi jets at one end and deck and sun chairs. Included in the price is daily maid service plus towels and linen for 6 people changed weekly.

Local Area Details

Directly across the street from the villa is the Eden Resort which has a fully equipped fitness centre available for use by our customers at rates that are usually reserved for Eden's members only. All you need to do is let us know that you would like to use their Gym and we will give a voucher so that they can give you the special rates.

Karon offers the pleasure of a calm seaside and beach area that is only 15 minutes drive from the buzz of the dynamic destination of Patong.
You can access all the activities you might want in Thailand from Karon.
There are 2 golf courses within 25 minutes drive, elephant trekking is nearby and diving or fishing expeditions can be arranged just down the street from the villa.
Just across the road from the villa you will find the Eden spa which has excellent exercise facilities as well as spa treatments.
Nearby Patong offers many nightclubs and the newest shopping centre in Phuket Jungceylon, which boasts a multiscreen cinema as well as many boutiques and a large Carrefour grocery and department store.
In the wet season Karon beach offers superb surfing, while the dry season (Nov - April) it is a long stretch of golden sand and calm sea.
Excellent restaurants are nearby the villa.

About Weather/Climate/Temperature

Phuket's weather conditions are dominated by monsoon winds that blow year round. It is therefore always warm and humid. Highest average temperatures, at 33.4 degrees Celsius, prevail during March. Lowest averages occur in January, when nightly lows dip to 22 degrees Celsius.

About Bars

The good news about Karon nightlife is that most of the bars are fairly close together, but not right on top of one another. Good pub crawling, but without too much 'Battle of the Bands' action.

About Nightlife

Nightlife in Karon is quite low-key compared to Patong, although there is enough here for a fun night out. The scene is centred around two areas, Karon Circle and Luang Pho Chuan Road, with some quieter bars located on Patak Road (East), the main road running behind Karon. The Karon Circle area is mostly populated by shops and restaurants, with the beer bars located on small side streets. The beer bar scene is more concentrated along Luang Pho Chuan Road and its offshoots, which is Karon's version of Soi Bangla. Although the scene here is livelier than Kata, its still pretty relaxed compared to the hedonism of Patong.

About Transport

Transportation to and from the airport are included. Tuk tuks (local taxi) are availble throughout the area. Cars are availble and can be arranged by us as well. Motorbikes rentals are nearby and easy to get hold of. There are regular daytime bus service to and from Phuket Town.

About Beaches

Karon Beach is very long, 5km (3 miles), with fine white sand that squeaks when you walk on it throughout its entire length. Sea turtles are occasional nocturnal visitors, laying their eggs in the sand at night time.

About Golfing

2 great golf courses within half an hour, Loch Palm and Phuket Country Club. Another 6 courses are within 45 minutes drive.

About Fishing

Fishing tours are available. We can provide you the fishing tours, good service and at a great price where no where else can. Phuket also offers world-class sportfishing and angling. Blue and black marlin, sailfish, dog-tooth tuna, giant trevally, jacks and even swordfish have been caught in Phuket and its surrounding waters.

There are several top class resorts lining the road opposite the beach and, of course, these all offer a variety of dining options. Additionally there are several mid-range eateries that have fine food at very affordable prices. Karon is also home to a few long-time Phuket favourites where you can enjoy some excellent tastes that can be hard to find elsewhere. The Little Mermaid, named after the famous statue which guards the entrance to Copenhagen harbour, serves authentic and delicious Scandinavian food. Also worth a look is Aroy Seafood.

About Shopping

Kata Beach is superior to Karon Beach when it comes to relaxed shopping, in that it is more compact and the atmosphere here is less seedy. Walking around is less arduous in the 'helloooo-you-wan'-massage?' department. Still, people seeking a tailor-made suit should be in seventh heaven around here. People looking for good imitation paintings - from tacky and teary Pierrots to Andy Warhol copies won't be disappointed as these items are to be found opposite Marina Phuket Resort.
