Sevilla Villa is a luxury villa overlooking a championship golf course and the sea. The villa is built in a horseshoe shape around an oval swimming pool. The bedrooms all open out onto the veranda surrounding the pool through double glass sliding doors.

The entrance to Sevilla Villa is through two large elaborately ornate iron gates leading to a car park with parking space enough for up to eight cars.

The villa is detached and the main entrance is through two- double doors leading to the living room where there is a small bar; two three-seat settee’s; one arm chair; Cable TV with surround sound; DVD; CD; dining table + eight chairs; games stand with games; one door leading to the linen cupboard; and two doors leading to two small garden patios. The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen; towels and beach towels. The living room opens onto a covered veranda that surrounds the pool through patio/glass sliding doors.

The living room, kitchen and three of the bedrooms all open out onto the covered veranda that sweeps in a horseshoe shape around the pool.

The pool is kept very clean and holds approximately 23,000 gallons of water with steps leading to the shallow end and a deep end

There are six sun lounge chairs around the far side of the pool and comfortable seating on the veranda enough for up to 25 people comprising of; one three seat settee; two double seat settee; four lounge chairs, four- arm chairs; eight dining chairs + table; and five coffee tables.

The villa décor reflects red, yellow and green through the upholstery and two comfortable red, gold and green hammocks.

Three bedrooms open out onto the pool through double glass sliding patio doors.

All four bedrooms comprise of; two single beds or one large double; 2 bedside cabinets; walk in closet; vanity unit and mirror; and door leading to a shower room with sink and toilet and two of the rooms have a sliding door leading to a small private walled garden.

The fourth bedroom is situated down a spiral staircase with it’s own patio. All four bedrooms offer air-conditioning; standing fan and TV.

The kitchen and two wash rooms are equipped to cater for large groups, with; fridge; kettle; toaster; microwave; blender; mixer, glass, crockery, cutlery etc and 2 washing machines. The washroom opens through double doors onto the back yard and a there is a path leading to the front garden that leads through a garden gate to the 7th fairway of Runaway Bay golf course and the sea.

Runaway Bay beach is a beautiful sandy beach that stretches the whole length of the bay, with a reef ideal for snorkelling and diving and safe swimming.


Here there is a restaurant called Flavors offering a selection of Jamaican cuisine with a few tables overlooking the ocean. There is also a stage for Friday and Saturday night live reggae sounds.

Further down the beach is our private residents sandy beach and bar.

The beach is lined with magnificent almond trees offering shade from the sun.

Sun chairs are also available for JD200 per day, and there is a bar and restaurant part of the “Tropical Spice” of Jamaica

There is a pier for fishing and diving, and a meeting point to liason with the horseman to go riding

The resident’s beach is next to Breezes Hotel offering a whole range of water sports activities

STAFF

Within the villa grounds behind the villa is an independent staff house detached from the villa overlooking the main gate/entrance and private courtyard.


Our cleaner is called Paulette and she is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and Doc is ready anytime to cook delicious Jamaican cuisine . Our resident caretaker, who lives in separate detached accommodation, is called Vegas and he is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance.


Guests need to provide their own food, and staff here can help with the shopping when required. We have access to fresh fish, seafood, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers. Doc is available for JD1000 minimum per meal per group depending on the size. There is also a car available for local shopping, and transportation can be arranged for small and large groups to go on excursions around the island.

The villa is very private and our friendly, experienced staff will cater for your needs without intruding on your holiday.
