Beautiful newer luxury home built in 2005. Located in wonderful Rotonda West, a golfing community located on Cape Haze Peninsula in Southwest Florida. The villa is on a fresh water canal and has vacant lots to each side and across the canal for privacy.
Enjoy your morning beverage on the sunny lanai and view what nature offers in the canal and numerous birds walking the land. During the day, the pool area is filled with sunshine to enjoy. The table area is shaded by noon for an enjoyable lunch overlooking the sparkling heated pool.
Long Marsh Golf course has 27 holes of excellent golf with the 4th tee box located across the street from the villa. There are 5 other courses within the community and many other within 30 minutes.
Our NON SMOKING villa features a master suite with King bed, walking closet, large bath with walk-in glass block shower and raised vanity.
Also a TV on a raised corner shelf and a ceiling fan with MOOD lighting on the remote. A sliding door enters onto the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet and slider to the pool area. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
A spacious kitchen and dining nook area invites relaxation and conversation (see pictures). A convenient desk area and TV, phone with answering machine, and HIGH SPEED INTERNET and computer printer provided.
The villa in well equipped for your relaxation. Beach toys, chairs and 2 bicycles are for your use.
