We offer you a variety of service options: Comfortable accommodation with boxspringbeds. Hikes/Walking Holiday: There are many beautiful routes in and around The Art of Joy. You can: Explore the scenery on your own with the maps and descriptions or you can participate in organized walking excursions or an all-inclusive hiking holiday. Upon request you can inscribe for a relaxing massage or coaching while walking. Delicious dinners served twice a week. Casa Rosa Branca offers accommodation for up to 14 guests: Two apartments Two apartments: Situated on the ground floor with a terrace and a comfortable view of the garden the swimming pool and coastline. Both are tastefully decorated. The living room has an excellent sleeping sofa which allows you to bring in several guests. Kitchenette, refrigerator and electric range are included. The cool bedrooms have top quality box spring mattresses plus shower, toilet and bidet. Two double rooms Situated on the first floor. These tasteful rooms, decorated in southern style, have a balcony and a wonderful view of the garden, swimming pool and coastline. One of the rooms has an additional sleeping area for 2 extra guests. One double room in the historic house: This cozy double room is situated in the back of the historic house which assures a cool and tranquil environment. It has it’s own style and is furnished with a box spring mattress, shower/bath and bidet. Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed at your leisure on the outside patio. Location Casa Rosa Branca lies in the extreme southwest of Portugal. The house is on the south slope of the Foia mountain at an altitude of 700 meters and is surrounded by protected natural scenery. It is within the volcanic mountain range of Serra de Monchique which is known for it’s natural springs. Casa Rosa Branca has it’s own mineral water which feeds directly into the swimming pool and makes swimming and bathing a special experience. The advantage of the higher location is the outstanding view of the south, as well as the west coast. With the naked eye one can even see ships. The summer nights are quite pleasant and since Casa Rosa Branca is located within coastal woods, it is a good starting point for hiking and sight seeing.
