“VILLA PATRIZIA” is a cheerful two floor villa, tastefully furnished with comfortable, brand new modern fittings. It is just a few steps away from the staircase that will take you down to the long sunny and sandy beaches below the villa, a condition that enables you to live in your bathing costume all day long in total freedom. Here you have the choice between the free beach, and fully equipped beaches, (with parasols, sun beds and beach chairs, as well as hot and cold showers, WCs, as well as a cafeteria where you can order your day-fresh sea food lunch.
The house has a modern living room with TV and sleeping couch for 2 people, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower (one outside by the pool). Supermarket, shops and restaurants are within walking distance ( 3-400 m). The train station to Rome is about 2 km and the lively centre of Anzio with the sport and fishing port is only 4 km distant from the house.
