Providing comfortable accommodation for 6 adults, the cottage has its own access and private parking, private terrace/garden area, and shared use of a children’s play area, (including trampoline) and an above ground swimming pool. Located in VER, close to Gavray, LA-BELLE-ETOILE is fully equipped with everything you need to make your Normandy experience truly memorable.

On entering the cottage you will feel completely at home in the family kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with fitted units, table and chairs and feature fireplace with traditional woodburning stove.



· The sitting room is beautifully furnished with UK satellite TV and video DVD player. Views through the leaded windows look over the beautiful landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside and French doors lead out onto the terrace. A downstairs bedroom (suitable for wheelchair access) leads off of the sitting room and includes a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

· Upstairs, the character of the cottage has been retained as much as possible with exposed beams and stone walls and comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a large double, and across the landing bedroom 3 is furnished with twin beds.



· The property benefits from its own private access, parking and secluded garden with terrace, (garden tables and chairs are provided for your comfort). Views over the Normandy countryside and the sunsets are spectacular.
