La Vigna sets on the hills and is a charming Umbrian stonehouse restored with care according to its country origins and has very comfortable sevices.

The house has been furnished in rustic style and personalized by the owners with coloured tapestries and quality finishings.

The countryhouse is surrounded by cultivated fields and woods; it has a dominant position with an enchanting view and it is reachable by a countryroad (generally well kept) long about km1,5.

With a pleasant walking on the hills it is possible to reach the gorgeous villages of Compignano (about km1,5 far) and Morcella (about km.2 far) where in both of them there is a small grocery shop.

The covered terrace on the first floor of the house is panoramic and equipped both to eat outside and to relax: it is ideal as a private area of the house to be used also when the weather is not good.

Near the countryhouse there is a pergola shaded by a very old vine, equipped with table and chairs ideal for “al fresco” dinners.

In the small dependance near the main house there are the laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities , the woodden oven and the barbecue.

At a few meters on the back of the main house sets a very nice and equipped swimming-pool (12mx6m); it is in a spectacular and very sunny position, turned towards the sunset.

It is possible to rent the property with different rates according to the number of persons:

with the prices for 10+2 and 8+2 persons clients will use the whole house;

with the special offer price x 6 persons, in low season, clients will use only the ground floor while the first floor is closed.

It is possible to join all the beds.

A cot and a highchair for children are available.
