This property is located on the grounds of a larger master villa, in the midst of a hilly olive grove, on the way from Itri to Sperlonga, back to that large costal area half way Rome to Naples called “the Ulixes coast”, well known for its wild and white sandy beaches and rocky shore, for its unpolluted sea water.
In the distance, during the clear windy days, the eyes space on the horizon on the sea, to the islands of Ischia, Ponza and Ventotene.
Even so close to the sea the villas have access from a road that runs on the back of the hills, 3km from the town of Itri on one side and 10km from Gaeta and Sperlonga and its beaches.
A car is needed.
