The house sits amidst vineyards and wooded areas with spectacular views
over the Belbo Valley and Langhe hills. The guest wing is part of a very
old large stone farmhouse, home to goats,chickens,rabbits,cats and four
very friendly dogs. In summer we put up a 3m diameter pool large enough
for the little ones and big enough for the big ones to cool off in. Good
for nature lovers, gourmets and loungers in a beautiful setting.
Local Area DetailsCossano Belbo, a small village, has all shopping facilities and restaurants.
It is in the Langhe region, famous for its food and wines, the home of the
Slow Food movement. Alba famous for its truffle market in the Autumn is 30km.
away and Acqui Terme with its thermal baths is also nearby. Canelli, 15 min
away with its underground wine cellars aptly called subterranean cathedrals
is worth a visit. The sea is 1 1/2 hrs. away.
