The properties are ideal for independent letting although it is possible to hire the complete unit sleeping up to 20 people, this has proved very popular with 2 or 3 families holidaying together but wanting to retain there own independence.


Each Villa is beautifully appointed and presented to a very high standard, fully equipped with everything essential to ensure that your holiday needs are met and surpassed. Electric gates lead from the quiet road to the driveway with secure parking for up to 8 vehicles. The Gardens and Pool

The Villas are surrounded by garden areas and large pool measuring 11m x 5.5m. It is situated to make the most of the summer sun and can be fully illuminated in the evenings. A large terrace offers ample room for sunbathing and sun beds are provided. The garden is stocked with a variety of fruit bearing trees including cherries, peaches, plums and pears, to which guests are invited to help themselves.

The lower front garden provides entertainment for the whole family, with a shared children's play area and a floodlight boules area for the competitive pre-dinner challenge.

There are indoor and out door toys, including inflatable toys for the pool, for children of all ages to enjoy, so you should not need to pack any.

Location The properties are located on a very quiet hillside a 5 minute drive from Le Boulou a quaint typical French market town. Le Boulou is well equipped with shops bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. The nearest sandy beach (Argeles Sur Mer) is just a 20 minute drive, a freshwater lake with beach area is less than a 10 minute drive and with an abundance of beautiful walks in the Alberes foot hills just outside the villa gates. What more could you wish for. The region is known for its sunshine over 300 days recorded in a year and abundance of fine wines the nearest cave less than a 5 minute drive. Spain and the Tax free border town of Le Perthus is less than a 15 minute drive. The vibrant Spanish city of Barcelona Capital city of the Catalan region is an easy 2 hour drive on major roads.
