Trenwith is ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. It has four bedrooms on the first floor, three of which have double beds, two of theses rooms have hand wash basins. The fourth room has a set of full size bunk beds (3 feet wide) and another single bed. There is a fully equipped bathroom with bath and shower spray, hand wash basin and toilet. Also an additional shower room with shower enclosed with glass doors, hand wash basin and toilet.

Trenwith has a well equipped kitchen including the all important dishwasher and colour TV. There is a large lounge with a large TV, a video recorder and DVD player. There is also a smaller lounge which also has a TV and video recorder. The front door leads through a large porch to a small private lawned garden with flowers and shrubs where you will find comfortable garden furniture. The rear entrance leads to the large car park solely for the Trenwith house. Double glazed and night storage central heating keep it cosy and warm during the colder months.

Local Area Details

Just down the road is the spectacular beach at Sandymouth which is excellent for swimming or surfing and is patrolled by lifeguards during the season.

Aside from being so close to the sea, Houndapitt Farm Cottages are also located in the heart of the countryside.

In addition to the beaches there are also some lovely walks through woodlands and countryside, inland, to the village of Kilkampton or along the coastal path to Morwenstow and the Cornwall/Devon border.
