This house was built in the 1990, it is 70 square meters. It has a large kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and a large windows on the terrace looking the spectacular landscape of Stintino Bay.There is one double bedroom, one bunk bed and one camp bed, one sofa bed, and one bathroom. Fresh and ventilated house even during the hottest.
The house is fully furnished, with a balcony organized for having barbeque
All around the terrace-house there is a beautiful garden of 70 square meters with beatifull flowers, fruit trees and a pine tree.The house can guest maximum 6 people. The house is not available from the beginning of November till the end of March.
Local Area DetailsThe summer house is located in Stintino closed to the Asinara Bay, in Northern Sardinia.
Stintino is located in the north-western part of Sardinia, once at the top of the narrow peninsula. The main attractions are "Spiaggia la Pelosa" and the cliff-tops of Capo Falcone. Over the strait, the Asinara island, which is park available for tracking and the unique white donkeys from which it takes its name are living there.
The closest famos beaches "La Pelosa" is only 3 minutes away by car, while to reach some of the other beaches of sardinia, in Alghero, it takes 50 minutes. There are food stores within walking distance as well as supermarkets and other services can be found in Stintino central village in 5 minutes away by car. At the nearby Capo Falcone, 10 minuts drive, nightly activities are organized during the summer time. The catalan city of Alghero is only 50 minuts away by car and gives plenty of choise for restaurants, pizzeria, bar, pub and disco.

Its cyan color and transparencies and the very fine white sand makes it looking like a tropical beach rather than a mediterranean one. Besides absence of tropical fishes, vegetation remind us we are in Sardinia; not palms, but meditteranean scrub just outside the beach but in some cases also on the beach itself.
Located in the Asinara gulf to the North-East of Capo Falcone, La Pelosa beach is protected from the open sea by a natural barrier made by the stacks of Capo Falcone, by the Piana island e by Asinara island.

| The price per week is 800 euro during August. The rest of the summer the price is 350 euro in June and 550 euro in September/October. Deposition is 300 euro and must be payed to confirm the reservation. The rent must be payed at arrival. Cleaning is not included in the rent. The deposition will be returned when leaving after subtraction of 50 euro for cleaning costs. Only one set of sheets and towels for each guest is included in the price. Extra sets cost 10 euro independtly on the number of sets.
