Our delightfully renovated Greek stone house is situated in the heart of this quaint fishing port town called Ayvalik, and comfortably sleeps six. The house has a large character sitting room and steps up to a lovely fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The staircase from the kitchen leads to the first floor which has two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with seperate shower and bath, plus a single bedroom (terrace room) which has a large built in single bed, with a further single bed on castors underneath that can be easily pulled out; the room has double doors leading to a magnificent sun terrace stretching the width of the house, with panoramic views of Ayvalik port and the sea towards Alibey Island and the Greek island of Lesvos.Furthermore there is an outside staircase leading down from the terrace to a beautiful private walled garden where you will find a seperate shower room and utility room housed under the balcony.Please visit our website for more information...www.ayvalikholidayhome.co.uk
Local Area DetailsAyvalik is a popular North Aegean seaside resort where there is approx 30 small islands in the nearby Turkish and Greek waters.The local harbour is in a tranquil setting where you can sit in one of the many tavernas, or entertain yourself through booking boat trips, scuba diving or take the 15 minute local ferry across to the beautiful island of Alibey.
