This luxury villa is located near Puerto Pollensa, with an easy walking distance from the beach, cafés, Pine Walk area and the resort centre, where you will find plenty of restaurants, shops. The villa features 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 queen size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (we can unite beds if needed a double bed). We also have a free room (office) where we can provide an extra double bed if needed. The villa is newly renovated with butterfly roof featuring floor to ceiling glass. The villa also offers a private garden with private swimming pool, private garage and parking, hot tub. The great ambiance from the huge pool continues into the home with a warm color scheme. The spacious kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances, or if you prefer you can use the outdoor kitchen.
The king size bedrooms features en-suite bathrooms and have additional private media room.
