Highlands is a fully equipped self-catering house set on 13 acres of ground. It is five minutes drive from the Ukhahlamba World Heritage Hiking area with its great natural beauty and San rock art.
The house has a fireplace in the lounge. Upstairs are three ensuite bedrooms: one twin with bath; one double with shower; one single with 3/4 bed and shower. Two more people can be accommodated on the sleeper couch on the TV mezzanine. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
There is a wash machine, and outside portable barbeque.
Caretaker on the property. House serviced before and after but not during each visit.
Local Area DetailsThe following activities can be enjoyed within a 10 kilometer radius of the house: golf (excellent new course) , horse-riding, hiking, falconry displays, helicopter rides, eating out, craft shopping. Day trips can be undertaken to some of the Battlefields (e.g. Spioenkop) and to the Midlands Meander.
