Our Deluxe , 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, Custom build, delightfully spacious Designer home nestles on an oversized home-site in the quiet tranquil neighbourhood of Calumet Grove. It has a private 35x16 ft solar heated pool under screen. The quiet , friendly cul de sac has low traffic and our neighbours have become good and generous friends. The home has unobstructed panoramic views over the Amberwood Golf Course and a natural pond that attracts a myriad of water birds including heron and egret. To the side a scenic view of a horse farm. The nearby woods offer habitat to many native birds including the shy hummingbirds, woodpeckers, hawks and many songbirds like the red cardinal.
Our favourite way to end the day is to relax on the lanai after a refreshing swim in the pool and watch the spectacular sunset blaze across the sky before dipping gently behind the tree-line in the distance.

Our comfortable 2032 sq ft vacation home has been furnished thoughtfully throughout to provide a restful retreat.It is strictly non smoking,no children and no pets.
The arched welcoming entry opens into a tiled hallway with view to the pool.The open plan living room and dining area is spacious and comfortable with ceiling fan, an entertainment system (cable TV,DVD,CD,VCR), leather sofas and formal dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan, cable tv, alarm clock/radio and telephone. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, large walk in shower and separate wc.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen sized bed,ceiling fan, closet, tv, alarm clock/radio & telephone .
The 3rd bedroom also has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and clock.
The two guest rooms share the second bathroom with tub/shower combination and wc.
There is ample drawer space in all three bedrooms.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar & stools has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge /freezer with ice and water dispenser, blender,coffee maker & all the necessary flatware and crockery /utensils. The pretty breakfast nook with table,chairs and plantation shutters looks out over the pool. The utility room houses the washer, dryer,vacuum,laundry sink & ironing equipment.
Bed linen and towels are provided though we do ask guests to bring their own pool towels.

From a large 10x26ft covered lanai at the rear of the home - not overlooked by neighbors - you look out over a magnificent free form 34x15ft solar heated pool under full screening. The lanai has a sound system, lights and two ceiling fans. Comfortable patio furniture includes a large table, 6 chairs, 2 rocking chairs and 2 loungers. Cool decking provides a comfortable surface to walk on. The professionally landscaped oversized garden area with large palms is a private oasis.

For dining there are many excellent restaurants ranging from the Country Clubs with fine cuisine to traditional fayre, Mexican,Chinese, Thai and Seafood. Albertsons & Publix are the nearest supermarkets providing just about everything.Walmart is just close by. Live entertainment at both town squares is Free - music and dancing all night long.

Enjoy the many activities The Villages has to offer. These obviously include not only the golf - Free nine hole golf is available to the two guests with the resident ID cards, additional guests pay a greens fee. This cost varies from course to course and the time of year and time of day played. Golf cart hire and golf club hire is available.Rental Rates inc tax There is a one time $50 guest fee payable to The Villages, which entitles you(2)to all the privileges of a homeowner.
