Welcome to our apartment at the prestigious Roda golf and beach resort which is run and managed by the De vere group, appealing to golf and non golfers alike. Situated a few minutes from the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor overlooking the famous La Manga strip. It is a gated resort with Villas and apartments nestled in amongst the PGA accredited golf course, there is also the private beach club for your use on the tip of the La Manga strip.
The apartment is a ground floor, two bedroom, two bathroom with the lounge leading onto a large patio area overlooking the pool surrounded by well tended gardens. It comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6 with the use of a sofabed which is useful for the larger familly. A few minutes down the road is the bustling town of Los Alcazares with its large selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Local Area DetailsThe location of Roda golf is ideal with many other top golf courses in the area including the famous La Manga club Its not all for golfers though there are plenty of water sports nearby on the Mar Menor such as paragliding jet bikes and water skiing It also has a promenade stretching for some miles which can be strolled or biked along having a wide choice of restaurants and bars selling the local tapasOr why not just have a swim in the therapeutic warm waters of the Mar Manor If shopping is your thing you are a short drive from the historic town of Cartegana or the bigger city of Murcia with its stylish boutiques Just a 5 minute drive from Murcia san javier airport or 50 minutes from Alicante airport
