It is a fairly new building on a private road with security and the flat is situated on the 9th floor with an exquisite city and airport view. It is inclusive with all modern facilities, 24hr security/reception desk, and intercom; there are two lifts, 24hr running water. Amenities for guest to enjoy include swimming pool, jogging track, gym, clubhouse, landscape garden and a beautiful play area for the children.

Our flat is fully and beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with a combination of both east and west culture. Beautifully handmade maharaja style furniture, It has AC in both bedrooms, fans in all rooms, 32" LCD TV with 90 channels, cinema sound DVD and free incoming telephone line with two cordless phones and also PC with window XP with free broadband.

It also includes a fully modern European equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cultury,cookery utensils, washing machine and also an iron with iron board.

Also, not to forget two stunning European styled shower rooms with WC, one insuite in the master bedroom.

Mumbai Holiday Apartment was fantastic; it was bright, airy and very tastefully decorated. It is also situated in a residential complex and so for two women visiting India on their own we found it safe and welcoming. The added security at the front of the complex and in the foyer meant that no one was allowed to come up to the apartment without us knowing. The flat felt like home away from home as the amenities provided such as the fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine made you feel like you could settle right in. You can also use the swimming pool and the club house if you feel energetic. The Gym is modern and there is a steam room in each of the male and female changing rooms. To feel like you were really in the relaxing mood. We also found the convenience of home shopping that we could order bottled water, caned drinks, milk (Cartons made by Amul and Nestle – just like in the UK ) butter and other vegetables by phone and they would be delivered within the hour. You also have the added extra bonus of the bread and eggs man visiting every evening and so even this meant that you never ran out of the necessities. If you did not want to cook at home you could frequent the nice restaurants very near to the flat. I can definitely say I had a very nice stay in the apartment. It is decorated to a high standard and is very clean and pleasant. The apartment is very safe and we had no problems during our stay. The apartment is situated in a very good location and is close by to the shopping areas such as Santacruz, vile Parle, Juhu etc. I had personally gone to do my wedding shopping and found the apartment was very convenient and would defiantly recommend Mumbai Holiday Apartment to anyone going for wedding shopping or just for shopping.

Mumbai Holiday Apartment - The visual orientation and layout of the furniture concluded a homely environment and the statement 'feel right at home' was correct in this context. The television was great and hugely used to the fact of watching all the football games, which would be a common routine back at home (UK). The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and tidy and spaced out which diminished any feeling of claustrophobia. The location was great in the sense being central of the city and at a point where transportation was easily accessible and main hot spots were only 20 min’s rickshaw drive away. The food was free flowing with good takeaway spots…frequently used at times when we were too tired to go out….speaking of going out, some of the best restaurants I have been to were a five minutes walk from the flat. With Curry Twist and the Cake Shop (opposite) being a favourite. The simplistic necessities of hot running water and good sleeping facilities went down as an eastern luxury. Any daily items we needed like bread, milk, soft drinks was a simple call away where a person was in hand to deliver these to our doorstep. The kitchen had everything you needed, where we mostly used the toaster, fridge and micro. For those fitness fanatics there was the swimming pool outside the lobby, with a badminton court and neighbouring gym, all of which could be used at anytime. The reception was very helpful and provided extra security as non-residents would not be allowed to enter without permission. The apartment is really nice and clean just what my family wanted. We felt the Facilities provided with the apartment were absolutely fantastic. 2 bathrooms made it incredibly easy in the mornings. The apartment was ideal for getting into Santa Cruz (15-20min rickshaw ride), where we did most of our wedding shopping from. All in all though was a very pleasant experience. Excellent Apartment(home), i call it home as it felt like it. very clean, and no doubt what you see on the websie is what you get there. the watchman and the maid(kamlakar) were of very good help.guess what the apartment had internet as well which most of us can not leave without. everything from a tea spoon to washing machine, microwave, fridge is in there. thinking of where you will but all the groceries for cooking, no need as the super market is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and a very good restuarant about 5 minutes away. feeling abit lazy walking,a wendor man cames round to the apartment every evening and morning with bread, bicuits, snacks, milk etc..... all i can say is feels at home at the apartment. we will definately recomend to friends and family. definately go back there as its also worth the price value..
