Ardmor barn is situated in a beautiful rural part of West Cork. It is a recently converted detached barn which offers high standard accommodation for four people.

Set in a quiet rural location, Ardmor barn is about a mile from the village of Ballinspittle and five miles from the picturesque fishing town of Kinsale, famous for its restaurants and festivals. Cork airport is approx. 25mins drive away.

It is a detached traditional building facing into a small landscaped courtyard, and also looking out over a large garden and open fields. There is a raised terrace at the front of the barn which catches the morning sun. Two French windows lead from the terrace to the kitchen and living areas.

The ground floor has an open plan with a central feature of an elegant wooden spiral staircase which leads to the two upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen/dining area is well furnished and equipped for self-catering, including a dish-washer, double-oven cooker, microwave, etc. The living area is comfortably furnished including a television, and broadband connection.

There are two double bedrooms, and all linen and towels are provided. Rate includes all energy costs.

The barn has underfloor heating, powered by geothermal energy which, apart from being good for the environment, also gives a very comfortable, even temperature throughout.

There is plenty of off-road parking.
