This self-catering luxury villa set in a fabulous valley over looking Arrieta Beach. It is uniquely located on an estate of 30,000 meters of land, you enter via an electric gate and pass the first independent dwelling, continuing on up the drive you reach the beautifully restored house, which boasts spectacular panoramic sea and mountain views.

It has mature exotic gardens, which include Mango, Banana, Guava and Lime fruit trees and bushes (a bonus if you are here in the right season!)


The entire estate runs on wind and solar power and is a unique example of sustainable living. There are 24 solar panels, batteries and 2 large windmills. This rural location is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the country with the added beauty of being next to the beach.

The area was originally farming land and has two natural wells; the house is a fully restored Aljibe 'Water Deposit' and has been styled using local stonework and wood. It is just a five min walk to the beach & sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bathrooms, lounge area, full kitchen with grill, 4 ring stove, fridge, oven & washing machine. There is also an outdoor 'breeze house' dining area with thatched roof & sea views, sun loungers & BBQ. Towels & linen are provided & there is also a safe.

The master suite has a large double bed, spacious built in wardrobe & ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (with Shower) & second separate shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds & a double sofa bed. For additional bed space there is a choice of a further double sofa bed or an Indonesian day bed in the lounge. Bathroom 2 has a WC & shower & both bathrooms have Italian designed sinks & Moroccan mirrors.

The shared solar heated pool area consists of a 10-meter lap pool & a jet pool. There is a Polynesian style day bed with thatched roof beside this is a large open entertaining suite with a 2nd kitchen, gas BBQ, dining table, Moroccan style seating area, and a guest toilet with shower. This area services the 3 dwellings but can be private at an additional cost.

This property is child friendly and special touches include guests being welcome to fresh farm eggs every morning from our free-range hens, a play area & trampoline for children, table tennis, a sand football pitch, 4 bicycles and even a resident donkey called Molly.

Arrieta beach just in front of the villa is great for families it has a tapasbeach bar restaurant childrens play area plus toilet and shower facilities The village itself has many seafront fish restaurants as well as supermarkets shops From the villa you can really explore the Lanzarote countryside take a walk up the volcanoes mountains discover hidden caves and wildlife all whilst enjoying the spectacular views Five minutes drive away from Arrieta is the picturesque mountain village of Hara the valley of the thousand palms there you will find a number of cosy restaurants tapas bars serving local dishes each Saturday you can experience the artisan market which is well worth a visit Another point of interest is the Islands only 18 hole golf course situated in Costa Teguise only a 15 minute drive away
