The apartment is situated on a small friendly complex, we are on the ground floor (no steps), so suitable for all ages. We have a private garden and BBQ and the pool is right outside our gate. there is a parking space or the bus stop is right outside and leaves for the beaches and Torrevieja or La Mata every 20 mins. There is use of washing machine, microwave,oven,fridge freezer, air con unit and ceiling fans, britsh T.V. a canopy over the patio area. There is a shed in the back yard with loungers and beach equipment which is for your use.
Local Area DetailsNearest beach is 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus or 2 minutes by car There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby also within walking distance to the Aqua Park and Leisure centre also Bowling alley and the fantastic Habaneras Shopping Complex with all the designer clothes plus KFC Carrefour All you can eat Chinese The Lounge bar on the N332 is about a 10 minute walk, where they have live entertainment every night of the week, every week of the year. and the new Vista Complex. We have details in the apartment for booking day coach trips visiting all Costa Blanca and Murcia region attractions. Also evening trips to Benedorm Palace Nightclub. For the young at heart there is Pacha Nightclub wich is a 15 minute walk away.

Park el Natural at La Mata is close by. |
