All booking payments must be made in full within 21 days before your arrival, holiday booking agreement will be issued at the time of bookings. A deposit is required on your check in of £150.00 or equivalent currency which is refundable back to you on your departure subject to no damage to the contents or the property, any extra rental must be paid in advance direct.
