Perfect for travelers not wanting to spend much on accommodatio or for those relocating to Cape Town. Clean, comfortable and right in the centre of Tableview, close to everything & 4km from the beach

There are 4 rooms available for short term rent (Min 3 days. Max 3 months). Preferably single travelers but couples are welcome in Room 1 and Room 2 (info on each room below).

AMENITIES & SERVICES
All household facilities such as kitchen (lockable cupboard space is provided), washing machine, lounge fireplace and garden with bonfire pit are available for use.

Off street parking is available behind automatic gate.

Satellite TV is available in the lounge and whatever is showing in the lounge can also be viewed in the rooms, otherwise normal TV and DVD's can viewed in the rooms.

3 of the rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. These rooms are good for groups of 2 to 5 travelling together who dont mind sharing a bathroom and are never let out to more than a single booking, even if only 1 person. One room (room 2) has en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, and also a separate entrance.

Room 1: Wendy House. This room is a favourite!! Fully insulated and with a built in air-con/heater. Furnished with double bed, bedside pedestal and lamp, large chest of drawers, Television, DVD/CD player, wardrobe, small table and fridge/freezer. Separate entrance. Shared bathroom. R100 per night and R50 extra per night for a second person.

Room 2: Large en-suite room with separate entrance. Room has double bed, bedside tables and lamps, Television, DVD/Hi FI, loads of built in cupboards, desk/dressing table with large mirror, fridge/freezer. R180 per night and R50 extra per night for a second person,

Room 3: Room has double bed, bedside table and lamp, fridge/freezer, desk/dressing table with large mirror, built in cupboards, pedestal, television and DVD/CD player. R100 per night.

Room 4: Room has a single bed, bedside table and lamp, small chest of drawers and built in cupboards. R60 per night.
