A very spacious 3 bedroom luxury apartment situated in puerto duquesa.
The apartment is fully equiped with everything you need for a holiday,
bath and beach towels bed loungers beach umbrella cool box picnic basket and many more.
The three bedrooms are all very spacious the master bedroom has an ensuite off of it with a large bath a double shower, double vanity unit and a wc.
A fully fitted kitchen consisting of microwave,washing machine,dryer,digital electric hob with child lock electric oven, dishwasher,fridge freezer, all crockery supplied for indoor and outdoor dining. The apartment has airconditiong through out, has a flat screen tv sky tv dvd player cd player and is equiped with both cds and dvds. Two bathrooms and a seperate wc which consists of 2 double showers 1 large bath and 2 double vanity sinks 1 single sink and 3 wc, so plenty of room for everyone to get ready.A hairdryer is supplied.

A change of all bed linen is supplied. There are double wardrobes in every bedroom plus other bedroom furniture for all them holiday clothes we all take.

The terrace area is off of the large lounge by 8 foot patio doors and is 50sq m in size it has a patio table and chairs sun loungers a BBQ with gas bottle and BBQ tools are supplied for that alfreso dining.The terrace has spectacular views and you can see the sea.

There is also a communal roof terrace at the top of the apartment for those sun-worshippers.


You are within walking distance to the port,beach,golf course, supermarkets,shops and a short walk along the beach front to the neighbouring spanish town of Sabinillas.The port has many bars restuarants and is very buzzy at nights with many familys enjoying an evening out.

The complex the apartment is on, is security gated with two swimming pools and a tennis court,tennis rackets and balls are kept at the apartment for any one staying to use.There is a large communal toilet and wash basin next to the pool area for baby changing etc, so no need to keep walking back to the apartment when spending a day at the pool. Two outside showers are round the pool area as well, next to the pool area there is also a large communal terrace area with tables and chairs for you to sit at so you can enjoy lunch around the pool.

The apartment is on the 1st/ground floor with the car parking underneath with a designated space for the apartment where you can park and take the lift up to the apartment.There is also a safe within the apartment for keeping your passports etc.

As you take a walk down the hill to the beach, half way there is a small courtyard which has a very nice friendly bar called Finos, an english food store to get your milk,bread etc and sells the most amazing homemade pies. Also an internet cafe, a resturant and an eating place called Beccys which is ideal for familys as she caters for small children,as they supply highchairs and children size meal portions.

As there is more than 1 of us with spacious apartments on the Duquesa Regent complex if a large group of familys wanting to holiday together we are able to accomodate up to 18 people at any one time, this is also very appealing to large groups of golfers, as the golf course is a stones throw away.

There is no smoking in the apartment, but feel free to smoke on the terrace area.

A bottle of champagne will be ready in the fridge for when you arrive

There are many airlines and airports to choose from, Easyjet fly from Luton,Stanstead,Gatwick to Malaga airport. Easyjet and Monarch fly to Gibraltar airport from Luton and Gatwick. Ryanair fly from Stanstead to Jerez airport and are flying to Malaga from Stanstead as from October this year. Monarch also fly to Malaga from Luton and Gatwick.It is worth booking flights early as you can get some really good deals.

Local Area Details

Sabinillas,Gibraltar,Marbella,Estepona are all within a 5 to 20 min drive. A Selection of golf courses nearby, sellworld and a water park in Fuengirola and Tivolli world in Benalmedna which can be booked via the tourist office in Duquesa port if you wish not to drive. The fantastic marina port of duquesa which has many bars and resturants from spanish,indian,chinese,italian,and english food so plenty to choose from.
There are beaches each side of the port in Duquesa which run for miles with bed loungers and beach bars that do a selection of dishes.
There are some spectacular places to visit up in the mountains such as Rhonda and Mijas which both have bull rings and the most breath taking views you can either drive to them or book a trip.
