The garden and pool is shared by the three properties, located on a quiet and peaceful residential area of Funchal with stunning sea views & harbour views. A perfect base to relax, enjoy the great climate down by the sea where it is warm most of the year. Large swimming pool, unsuitable for small children. Deck chairs, outside dining space, barbecue and sub-tropical garden. Very nicely decorated, light and airy, great quality bedlinen and fittings. Completely renovated in January 2008 to a high quality standard while keeping its stunning period features intact (this means that some noise can filter down from flat to flat). Each apartment is between 80-100 square meters. A casual and friendly place, great for barbecues and outdoor dining, even if Funchal´s subtropical climate can attract some insects
