Booking cancellations will occur 3.5% surcharge of Paypal & Bank Charges if applicable. All booking payments must be made in full within 21 days before your arrival, holiday booking agreement will be issued at the time of bookings. A deposit is required on your check in of £150.00 or equivalent currency which is refundable back to you on your departure subject to no damage to the contents or the property, any extra rental must be paid in advance direct. Please note Rental rates per night is £40 Week Days & £40 Weekends,special offers are available, swimming poll is not in building they are more than 2 local communal pools, Smoking is only allowed in balcony area for health issue and interest of other renters health, meeting point of arrival and departure is at the apartment. |
