At the foot of the mountain and The Bonnet Pass, overlooking Graskop town and the spectacular eastern Mpumalanga escarpment, this self-catering chalet offers cosy accommodation for 2-4 persons.
Less than 4 hours' drive from Johannesburg, situated 5km from Graskop, 10km from Pilgrims Rest and 24km from Sabie, it is within easy traveling distance of Nelspruit and the International Airport, the Kruger National Park, Mozambique and Swaziland.
Being in close proximity of many well known scenic and historic attractions of the area, this tranquil setting is ideal for a relaxing and refreshing break-away from a busy schedule.
The chalet sleeps 2 on a double/queen-size bed and has 2 single mattresses available on a small loft floor (ideal and fun for the kids).
The kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking facilities, crockery, cutlery, mini-fridge, 2-plate stove and a microwave oven. A grid for "braai" / barbecue is also available.
Linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided.
Sitting outside on the veranda or from the lawn one can see and watch breathtaking sunrises over the escarpment (looking towards God's Window) or enjoy an evening barbecue as the sun sets behind the western mountain ridge.
For the energetic, a hike up the mountain (from where you can see forever) could be just the thing to relieve some stress and tension.
Occupation of the facility is from 14:00 on the day of arrival and should vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

The area hosts an abundance of outdoor activities like horse riding, mountain bike, quad bike and 4x4 trails, hiking, fishing, bird watching, abseiling, river rafting, bungee jumping, gold panning and golf. Apart from this the area has numerous natural wonders and breathtaking scenery and views as well as many historical attractions from the gold rush days of the past.
